Artichoke Spread
- 1 -14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and patted dry
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup Cains Peppercorn Parmesan Dressing
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- pinch sugar
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted (optional)
In a food processor, combine all ingredients except pine nuts and process until smooth. Stir in pine nuts, if using. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
