Artichoke Spread


  • 1 -14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and patted dry
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup Cains Peppercorn Parmesan Dressing
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • pinch sugar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted (optional)

In a food processor, combine all ingredients except pine nuts and process until smooth. Stir in pine nuts, if using. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
