Artichoke Hearts Gratinee


2 9-ounce packages frozen artichoke hearts, thawed

1/2 cup olive oil

2 tsp garlic powder

1 cup Cains® All Natural Mayonnaise

1-1/2 cups grated light cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp oregano

1 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350° .  Mix artichokes, olive oil and garlic powder together in a 2-quart casserole dish.  In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheese, oregano and pepper.

Spread on top of artichokes. Bake covered for 20 minutes.  Broil uncovered, until cheese bubbles and browns, approximately 5 minutes.

Makes 6 servings
