 Area Facilitator - 1st Shift
Responsibilities include: efficient coordination, direction and operation for assigned production line(s) and the labor assigned to the specific production line, guiding and directing labor resources in order to efficiently complete all functional job tasks and/or assignments outlined by management, maintaining and supporting all requirements for the efficient physical operation of job stations/rework/production shift tasks and operational goals, provides machine operator support and training support, on an ongoing basis, as outlined by management. Responsible for completion, accuracy and inputting of documentation, as required, for record-keeping and data systems already in place. Follows and maintains company policies and procedures, product quality specifications, GMP’s and safety objectives. Assists in the scheduling of resources.
Completion of High School or equivalent formal or informal education program to insure the ability to perform at a level required for successful job performance; and 12 months experience in a similar discipline. Individual must be proficient in operation of all production line functions and manufacturing processes and equipment, within their respective area of responsibility. Strong communication and people skills. Experience with MS Word, Excel and basic computer knowledge helpful.
