| Lemon Chicken
3 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned, boned 3/4 cup Cains All Natural Mayonnaise 1/2 fine dry bread crumbs 5 Tbsp butter 1/2 cup onion, chopped 3 Tbsp flour 1-1/2 cups water 3 chicken flavored bouillon cubes 1/2 cup parsley, chopped 3 Tbsp lemon juice Brush chicken with 1/4 cup mayonnaise, coat with bread crumbs. In skillet, melt 3 Tbsp butter over medium heat. Cook chicken, 3 pieces at a time, 15 minutes or until tender. Keep warm. In saucepan, sauté onion in 2 Tbsp butter. Stir in flour until well blended. Gradually stir in water. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until mixture boils. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise; cook and stir until hot. Spoon sauce over chicken. Makes 6 servings Prep time: 45 minutes
