1 -14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and patted dry
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup Cains® Peppercorn Parmesan Dressing
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted (optional)
In a food processor, combine all ingredients except pine nuts and process until smooth. Stir in pine nuts, if using. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
