Cains® Fettucini Alfredo
8 ounces regular or spinach fettucini
3/4 cup Cains® Light Mayonnaise
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated Romano cheese
2 garlice cloves, minced
1 Tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
Cook fettucini according to package directions.
In a medium saucepan, heat remaining ingredeints, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Drain fettucini. Spoon sauce on top and serve immediately.
