TURKEY MAPLE AUTUMN SALAD



Salad:
1 lb. mixed greens (boston lettuce, spinach leaves, baby arugula, spring mix)
2 cups cooked turkey, cut in bite-size pieces
3 green onions, sliced
4-5 pieces, cooked crumbled bacon
½ cup dried cranberries
2 stalks chopped celery
½ cucumber, sliced small
½ cup chopped pecans


Dressing:
1 cup Cains® Mayonnaise
1/3 cup maple syrup
4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tsp brown sugar
Salt & pepper to taste


Serves 6

Substitutions: Thinly sliced apple or ripe Bosh pear instead of the dried cranberries.

Suggestions: Also good as a dip for Sweet Potato Fries
