Smoked Salmon Salad Sandwich



8 oz smoked salmon
4 Tbsp Cains Fat Free Mayonnaise
¼ bunch scallions, chopped
¼ bunch tarragon, chopped
juice from ½ lemon
salt & pepper to taste
your choice of bread
sliced tomatoes
2 oz avocado, thinly sliced (optional)
green leaf lettuce

Chop smoked salmon and mix all ingredients together and serve on your favorite bread with sliced tomatoes, avocados and green leaf lettuce.
