Shrimp Artichoke Dip


  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14-oz can) artichokes, drained, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup Cains® All Natural Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup peeled, chooked shrimp, chopped or use small shrimp
  • Paprika for garnish

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except paprika. Spread into a shallow, baking/serving dish. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake until bubbly and lightly browned - approx. 20 minutes. Serve with crackers
