Swiss & Cheddar Mashed Potato Bake



3 cups prepared mashed potatoes

1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup Cains® All Natural Mayonnaise

1/4 cup chopped green onion

1 egg slightly beaten

With mixer or wire whisk, beat together all ingredients until well blended. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate. Bake in 400° oven for  30-40 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Serve immediately.

Makes 4-6 servings
