Tuna Macaroni Salad


  • 3/4 cup Cains® Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1  6-oz can tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped red or green pepper
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni or medium shells, cooked rinsed with cold water and drained

Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Cover and chill.

 

  Servings: about 6 cups
