Sautéed Shrimp with Zucchini

2 Tbsp olive oil 
6 large shrimp (peeled & deveined) 
1 Tbsp lemon juice 
½ small zucchini, chopped small 
1 Tbsp capers 
black pepper to taste 
4 Tbsp Cains® Italian Dressing 
Crusty Italian bread
Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in medium skillet. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add lemon juice. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.
Add remaining olive oil to skillet. Add zucchini and let cook for 3 minutes. Add capers and pepper and return shrimp to skillet. Add dressing and cook for 2 minutes. Serve shrimp and sauce over crusty Italian bread.
