Mediterranean Tuna Pasta Salad

3- 6 oz cans water packed tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 lb Havarti cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
1/2 cup pitted black olives,thinly sliced
2- 8 oz package of fusilli pasta, cooked according to package directions
1 cup thinly sliced scallions, including green tops
1/2 cup finely sliced red bell pepper
1/2 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
Zest from 1 lemon
8 oz Cains Italian Dressing
8 lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry
Black pitted olives for garnish
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Cover and chill.
Servings: about 6 cups
