4 lbs potatoes cut into 1" cubes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 T. butter cut into cubes
1 med sweet onion, diced
8 oz Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
8 oz Cains® Chipotle Ranch Dressing
1/2 lb bacon, cut into small pieces and cooked
Put the potatoes and onions in the baking dish.

Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Mix lightly. Top with the cubes of butter. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
Remove potatoes from oven, remove the foil and sprinkle the cooked bacon. Cover evenly with the Chipotle Ranch dressing and then top with the shredded cheese. Return to the oven; uncovered and cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
